Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Sleidas Sabaliauskas, trading as TONO, Dublin, Ireland. Email tono.ireland@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Orders. When you buy, you pay on a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe sends us your name, email, delivery address and what you ordered, so we can deliver it and keep tax records. We never see your full card details. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and legal obligations.
• Emails to us. If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.
• Hosting. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Google (our email inbox), Cloudflare (website hosting) and An Post (delivery). Some of these may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires. Emails for as long as we need them to help you.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Stripe's checkout page is run by Stripe and may use its own cookies for security and fraud prevention; see Stripe's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing tono.ireland@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
