The 30-night guarantee

Try TONO for 30 nights from delivery. If they're not for you, email tono.ireland@gmail.com with your order number. For hygiene reasons opened earplugs can't be resold, so under the guarantee we replace them free or give you store credit. If we ask you to send them back, we'll email you the return address; you pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a reason. This is your legal right under EU and Irish consumer law, and the 30-night guarantee doesn't replace it.

Earplugs are sealed for hygiene. The 14-day right to cancel covers items that are still unopened in their sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken the right to cancel no longer applies, but the 30-night guarantee still does.

To cancel, email tono.ireland@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You can also use the model cancellation form below. Then send the unopened items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll email you the return address. You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

When you cancel within 14 days, we refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the items are back with us, or until you show proof you've sent them. If you chose Express delivery, we refund the price of Standard delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives and email us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or wrong. We'll cover the return postage and replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your legal rights for faulty goods.

Exchanges

For a different colour, the quickest way is to return the unopened item within 14 days and place a new order.
